Proceeds for this event go to the ABA Foundation. The ABA Foundation provides unique educational and research support, keys to promoting the motorcoach industry and the transportation, travel and tourism industries. Donations to the ABA Foundation are tax-deductible, however fees for the event are not.
Registration Fee: $200 per player (Includes a 4 person 18 hole scramble, greens fees, carts, and lunch).

Motor Coach Industries Sponsors Marketplace "Going for the Green"

"Going for the Green" is a custom-made 40-foot-long putting challenge. Testing your skill on the course and your knowledge of our green industry will net a cash prize for one lucky winner. Foundation Afterglow Party Sponsored by Hard Rock Whisky River Charlotte
The annual ABA Foundation Afterglow party once again will be presented by Hard Rock International at the 2009 Marketplace, scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 11, from 9:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. at the Whisky River in Charlotte. The Whisky River, owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr., offers a unique blend of rock and country music, VIP tables and mechanical bull riding, live music, and electrifying DJs, with breathtaking views of Uptown Charlotte and the Bobcats Arena.
Your $35 advance purchase offers you a night of celebration and VIP access to the venue. Events such as Afterglow enable the Foundation to award 18 scholarships, 2 university research grants and 2 industry internship programs and to underwrite scientific research. These activities help the Foundation to build the next generation of industry leaders and provide critical research showcasing the motorcoach solution to policy-makers and consumers.
