WASHINGTON -- Members of the American Bus Association elected new members to its Board of Directors during its opening ceremonies for the Capital Region Marketplace 2010 at the Gaylord National.
New members of the Board of Directors elected by ABA members included Anthony Fiorini, President of Silver State Trailways in Placentia, California; and John Percy, President & CEO of the Niagara Tourism & Convention Corporation in Niagara, New York, who will serve as 2011 Marketplace Chairman for the event in Philadelphia. Ripley Hunter, President of WorldPass Travel Group in El Dorado Hills, California, completed his term of service and rotated off of the Board.
Re-elected for additional three-year terms of service on the Board of Directors were Doug Anderson of Anderson Coach & Travel, Greenville, Pennsylvania; Chris Anzuoni of Plymouth & Brockton Street Railway Company, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Michael Colborne of Pacific Western Transportation, Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Bryan Cole of Super Holiday Tours in Orlando, Florida; Don DeVivo of DATTCO in New Britain, Connecticut; Dan Eisentrager of Coach America in Sacramento, California; Steve Haddad of Bieber Transportation in Kutztown, Pennsylvania; ABA Chairman Jim Jalbert of C&J Lines in Portsmouth, New Hampshire; George Maney of Coach America in Dallas; Ron Moore of Burlington Trailways in West Burlington, Iowa; Stephanie Lee of Group Sales Box Office in New York, New York; Frank Montgomery III, CTIS, of Capital Motor Lines in Montgomery, Alabama; Brian Souter of the Stagecoach Group in Perth, Scotland; Al Spence of A.S. Midway Trailways in Baltimore, Maryland; and Linda Spruill, CTIS, of Beau Rivage Hotel Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. Also reelected to serve another one-year term as President & CEO of ABA was Peter Pantuso, CTIS, of Washington, D.C.
The American Bus Association is the trade organization of the intercity bus industry with more than 1000 motorcoach owner and tour company members in the United States and Canada. Its members operate charter, tour, regular route, airport express, special operations and contract services. Another 2,800 members are travel and tourism organizations and suppliers of bus products and services who work in partnership with the North American motorcoach industry.
