Eric Elliott
Distinctive Systems

Eric Elliott, the VP of Sales and Marketing for Distinctive Systems Inc., has worked in the technology field for the past 15 years. His experiences range from utilizing software systems in improving operations at client-owned properties, to working on strategies in custom web development for e-commerce and marketing websites, as well as building and managing a Group Travel Directory website that received over 1.2 million visitors per year. These experiences have led to Eric’s current position, where he works side-by-side with motorcoach and tour operators on growing their business using Distinctive Systems industry leading Coach Manager Charter and Booking System, Tour Booking System, and the Vehicle Maintenance System.


Terry Fischer
Transportation Charter Services

Terry is the President of Transportation Charter Services located in Orange, CA and Polynesian Adventure Tours in Hawaii.   Terry’s experience in the bus industry spans over 35 years where he began as a driver for a company in the Canadian Rockies while attending the University of Calgary.  After University he joined his father in the family owned bus company and was instrumental in growing it into one of the largest bus operations in Western Canada, featuring both motorcoach and schools bus.  He served in all areas of the business from safety and training, heavy duty mechanic into Executive Management.  Terry’s family sold the company in 2005 and he stayed on for a few years with the new ownership and eventually moved onto work for a large west coast company until finally landing in Southern California when he purchased TCS in 2011 and Poly Ad in 2017.  Terry is a member of the American Bus Association Board of Directors and also serves on the Board of Directors for IMG (International Motorcoach Group) and the California Bus Association.


Kyle DeVivo
The Bus Network

Kyle DeVivo is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Bus Network. His connection with the bus industry began at an early age, working for his family’s 3rd generation motorcoach and school bus company, DATTCO, located in New Britain, CT. Over the years, he has worked in various roles from Dispatch and Operations, Administrative Support and most recently overseeing the sales process for DATTCO’s Coach & Tour division. This is where the idea for his new venture began, and he set out to create a more effective online sales platform by starting The Bus Network in 2019 after over 2 years of market research on how bus operators across the country delivered information and quotes to their customers.

 The Bus Network offers the ability for Motorcoach, School Bus and Livery operators to provide accurate, instant pricing to their customers for a variety of requests including multi-day and multiple vehicle trips. Their products also give companies a suite of tools for both sales and financial management, customer relationships, and automating various aspects of the client follow-up process. The Bus Network has already helped operators across North America to realize increased sales opportunities, improved upselling of additional services, and giving their customers the feeling that they are always present, even outside of regular business hours.

Juan Pablo


Juan Pablo is a Master of Business Administration from EAGDE Business School with a Minor in Sustainable Business from Copenhagen Business School.

He has worked in different industries like banking, auto industry, consulting and technology (SaaS).

He is now an assistant to the presidency and oversees all industrial relations in Grupo Flecha Amarilla. He is part of a special appointed task force called “War Room” that was created in March and oversees the strategy and actions for the company in the era of COVID-19.
