How did you first get involved in the industry?

Hired by Greyhound to run a small Sales and Marketing office in Mexico City.

Who has inspired your career?

Our passengers, mainly, and some of the leaders I have had the pleasure to meet and work with.

What has been the greatest challenge/opportunity in your career?

Opening domestic Greyhound Operations in Mexico.

What advice would you give to others about working in this industry?

This is one of those careers in which you need to be passionate about; passionate about public transportation and mobility, about serving passengers and learning from them, about working when everybody else is off and about delivering stellar service to passengers fulfilling their travel dreams

Why is it important for you to belong to Hispanic Motorcoach Council?

The Hispanic community is one of the largest bus riding demographics in North America, it is important for us, who cater for them, to get together and have representation and share knowledge and best practices to improve our customer’s travel experiences.
