Session: Safety Director 101, Getting Audit Ready

Being audit safe isn’t complicated. Our first offering in a new series of sessions, specially designed for brand new fleet managers, safety directors, transportation professionals and even company owners. This session should help you understand the basics of what goes into preparing and organizing your driver files. What types of materials you will need to retain, how to document certain processes and how to make it easy to navigate, so that an audit goes smoothly when it is your first time. After this session, you should be well on your way to being audit ready every day.

After this session, you should be well on your way to being more in control of your operations. We all sometimes need a bit of guidance in understanding some of the fundamentals of motorcoach safety.
