Session Info

It happens. To have someone ready, willing, and able to step up and step in when another one of our people is sick, on vacation, or unable to do their job (for whatever reason), and we don’t miss a beat, that takes planning. This session is about all the ways to have a versatile, empowered, and enthusiastic staff that is cross-trained, prepared, and has a playbook to follow, so no matter what happens, you’ve got it covered. In addition to covering short-term emergencies, having a succession plan and providing opportunities for everyone to learn, grow, and advance creates a culture of commitment and ownership.
