Session Info

When buying or selling a business, multiple factors need to be considered. Critical questions need to be answered including: When should someone plan to buy or sell a business? What do they need to do to be prepared? Who should be hired to assist in the transaction? What are the differences between selling a business to employees, family members or institutional buyers? And what are the lasting implications of the sale to the parties involved?

In this discussion, Ami Kassar, author of The Growth Dilemma and founder and CEO of MultiFunding, will share how to begin the process of planning to buy or sell a business and what to expect along the way. Kassar will also share stories of trials and triumphs he and his team have experienced after assisting in over 125 buy/sell transactions. It can be safely said that anybody who attends this session will learn from his experience and wisdom.
