Crisis Communication

As a free service to American Bus Association members, our crisis communications professionals are available to handle media relations in the event of an accident, letting you focus on responding to those directly affected by the disaster, to first responders, and to the authorities investigating the incident.

Available 24/7/365

ABA is here to support you before, during, and after a major incident. We provide disaster preparedness resources, on-call assistance, and ongoing safety consultation to help you care for your customers and employees, their families, and your company’s reputation.
