What’s it going to take to achieve a new normal that keeps the travel industry thriving?  If we learned only one thing from the global pandemic, we are all in this together and we must work together to create the travel and tourism industry of the future.    In this first of its kind workshop, Nicole will walk through a 3-part framework that will offer these takeaways:
•    How collaborations shaped the tourism industry
•    Three types of collaborators and how to work with them
•    Strategies to overcome obstacles to collaboration
•    How to apply the 3C’s of collaboration framework
•    Case studies of successful collaborations
