ABA 15 Min Flash Briefing: CERTS Tax Fix

Join ABA's Senior Vice President, Government Affairs & Policy Suzanne Rohde, for a Flash briefing on what is going on with the CERTS Tax Fix Bills, HR 3510 and S 1944 and what you can do to jumpstart interest in them.

Although Democrats and Republicans are not agreeing on much at this point, there still remains an outside chance that sometime this Fall an agreement on tax legislation could evolve, opening up an opportunity for the CERTS tax issue to be addressed and fixed. ABA will hold a “Flash” briefing on CERTS advocacy, joined by Congressional staff. The House bill currently has 13 sponsors, and the Senate bill has 5 sponsors.
