ABA’s 2022 Post Mid-Term Election Webinar: What Just Happened???
435 House seats and 35 Senate seats are up for election on Tuesday, November 8th, in a highly politicized environment where both parties are aggressively vying for control of the federal legislature and a key role to play in the remainder of President Biden’s first term in office. Some of these races, due to tightening margins in recent weeks, may not even be decided on November 8th, possibly leaving the balance of power in the House and/or Senate in question for several days or weeks. Once determined, we will be better able to project who will be in leadership roles of importance to our industry.
