Mental Fitness – What It Is and Why It Matters

Track | Professional Development: Time/Personal Wellbeing Management

The way you think either supports peak performance, healthy relationships, and well-being or hinders all aspects of life. This program explores the principles of Mental Fitness, what it is and why mindset matters in today workplace.
Based on foundational research in positive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral and performance science, Mental fitness takes a root cause analysis of what causes stress and anxiety and identifies reoccurring self-sabotaging thought patterns, such as the imposter syndrome and the inner critic that aren’t serving you well.

Attendees learn to shift to a different part of the brain, your Sage brain, intercept and discredit your “Saboteurs.” This best practice approach provides a Mental Fitness Operating System to completely transform your approach to growth and development, understand why mindset matters and help build your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with positive growth rather than a negative mindset.
