STRESS!!!! The one thing everyone has and wants to eliminate. How did we get here? We are constantly bombarded with information to filter through from conflicting data sources, requests to engage, additional projects, responsibilities, and general overwhelm.
This overload is termed INFOBesity. It affects our performance as well as our working relationships. How do we control it? Through high-performance practices – focusing on values, habits, emotional intelligence, energy checks, and strategy and meditation time – we will find a way to simplify and make sense of the craziness, forming effective strategies for innovative performance moving forward.
Your Speaker
Margaret Johnson has been a speaker, coach, and leadership trainer for over 20 years. Before that, she held engineering, leadership, technical sales, and consulting positions in the energy industry. Margaret received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and moved to Texas as fast as possible!
With her MBA (University of Houston – Clear Lake), professional engineering license, and ICF (International Coach Federation) PCC corporate coaching and fitness credentials, she inspires people and organizations to move from S.O.S. (Same Old Stuff) to W.O.W.! (Well On the Way) to where they want to be. Her creative, engaging style inspires individuals to apply knowledge and take immediate action for success. She is also a published author of “From SOS to WOW! Your Personal Coaching Adventure” and her forthcoming book “The Cure for INFObesity.”
