Boshia Smith joined ABA with almost 10 years of membership experience. She began her career working in the association world in 2014, where she quickly learned to love the interaction with members, community unity, and the serving aspect of an association.
Before ABA, Boshia worked at an Information Management Association, where she served as the Membership Manager for the last five years and, after taking on more responsibilities, had the opportunity to learn every aspect of membership.
With a passion for serving the community, Boshia brings a wealth of knowledge to ABA and provides members with top-notch customer service.
