Suzanne Te Beau Rohde

Suzanne Te Beau Rohde joined ABA in April 2015, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Government Affairs and Policy.  She has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, engaging in the development and implementation of transportation policy, legislation, and regulation, as well as managing various transportation legal matters.

Suzanne held senior positions in both the legislative and executive branches of the federal government, serving two secretaries of transportation, members of Congress, and a member of the National Transportation Safety Board.  She also held positions in the private sector, with several transportation consulting and law firms serving clients in the transportation industry.

In both her private and public positions, she has successfully engaged government and industry representatives, building partnerships and coalitions, to advance transportation safety and economic initiatives.

Suzanne received her A.B. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C., and pursued additional studies at Johns Hopkins University.
