Vicki Osman has been with ABA since 2004. Among her many contributions to the organization and its members, she has increased enrollment in and the graduation rate for the Certified Travel Industry Specialist (CTIS) program, of which she herself is an alumna; she has developed marketing pieces and campaigns for membership and Marketplace; and she has developed database and other meeting technology to enhance the member experience. Vicki also serves as the staff liaison for the Marketplace Resource Central Subcommittee, Marketplace Education Subcommittee, CTIS Committee and Women in Buses Council.

Prior to ABA, she worked for nine years at the American Red Cross, where she developed a range of experiences in marketing and sales, which now helps to make Marketplace so successful. She was one of the first people to join AmeriCorps, and worked specifically on the Pennsylvania Service Corps, specializing in academic community services at a local college. She is a graduate of Gettysburg College, with degrees in history and secondary education. She lives in suburban Maryland with her husband Marc, and her two daughters, Katelyn and Emily.

The American Bus Association serves a thriving industry that provides nearly 600 million passenger trips annually on charters, tours, scheduled service, and shuttles. Membership in ABA includes motorcoach operators, tour operators, tourism-related organizations, and products and service suppliers.
